Robert and his partner were amazing from beginning to end. They are super efficient and get the work done fast. i got my water heater replaced in one day. none of that «we will be back tomorrow to finish» my house was left like no one was there. Héctor and his son, Charlie, are one of the best contractors I have found to deal with HVAC, indoor air quality (IAQ), and house ventilation services. Last year, they helped me with an Aprilaire ventilator to get fresh air in my house which was connected to my HVAC unit. They also installed bathroom fans with humidity sensors and even a canopy hood for my kitchen.

But the most involved and extraordinary job they did was to install an Aprilaire steam humidifier that needed a new 240V line that implied combining breakers in and already full breaker box. They were super careful with the dust from the drywall to fish the cable and left my house feeling much better with higher humidity levels this winter. I enthusiastically recommend them for your IAQ needs.

Hector and his crew did an excellent job installing new ducts at a family member ‘s rental property yesterday. They were very responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. Although the job required opening up some drywall, they took every measure to ensure that the property was left clean. I will call them again when I need HVAC service!

I’ve owned my house for 26 years and have used many HVAC services. Most have been satisfactory, but none as professional and knowledgeable as Hector Fortiz. I had an issue with my air conditioner not cooling. I called HVAC services I had in the past, but none could come by for a few days, and with my medical condition, I needed it right away. I had seen a Fortiz HVAC on the street and took a chance to call and am glad I did.

Hector was able to come the same day. He diagnosed the problem with it being a spark plug in the unit outside. He showed me the burn marks. I had him replace it right away. He also surveyed to entire air conditioning system to make sure it worked which it did. He followed up the next day with a call.

I’m now using Fortiz HVAC Inc for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend!

I worked with Hector from Fortiz HVAC recently. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Based on specs I provided from the existing unit, he was able to quickly give me a quote. When I couldn’t make the numbers work for a replacement, Hector came out, on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me up and running again. I enjoyed working with them.

Hector is awesome, and I would highly recommend him for HVAC work. He was responsive, professional and competitive on price. His installation of my new AC system was great, and he answered all my questions. Plus, he’s just a nice guy. A neighbor has used him, as well, and was likewise impressed.
